ORDERING & PAYMENT
• How do I place an order?
You may place your order directly through our website. Once your order is submitted, it will be marked as pending until payment has been completed and verified.
• What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept bank transfers via BDO and BPI.
Detailed payment instructions will be provided at checkout.
• How do I confirm my order?
To confirm your order:
1. Transfer the total amount to our BDO or BPI account.
2. Email your proof of payment to evermorejewelryph@gmail.com.
3. Include your order form details (provided upon checkout)
Once payment has been verified, we will send an order confirmation via email.
• How long does payment verification take?
Please allow up to 24 hours for payment verification and order confirmation. Our team may also contact you via email or Viber if needed.
• Can you reserve an item without payment?
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received. We are unable to reserve items without payment.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
• Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer complimentary nationwide shipping.
• When will my order be shipped?
Shipping is scheduled every Tuesday and Friday.
Cut-off is 10PM on the day before shipment.
• How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your location.
• Which courier do you use?
For local orders, we arrange delivery via Lalamove, Grab, or Joyride within Metro Manila and select nearby areas, and ship via LBC for areas outside Metro Manila.
For international orders, we ship via FedEx or DHL.
• What information do I need to provide for delivery?
Please ensure your delivery details are complete and accurate, including a clear pin-able landmark to help our courier locate your address.
