About The Founder
Justine Teng is the founder and creative director of Evermore.
Raised in a family with nearly 35 years of experience in the jewelry industry, Justine grew up around the realities of the craft and business. Her own path into the industry began during the pandemic, when she started building jewelry businesses online after her family decided not to proceed with opening another physical store in the South.
A creative at heart, Justine’s approach to jewelry is informed by a wider design background. She studied Interior Design at the Philippine School of Interior Design and pursued formal jewelry education through the Gemological Institute of America. Her work as a visual artist and content creator has further shaped the way she approaches jewelry—not only as an object, but through proportion, composition, storytelling and the way a piece becomes part of someone’s life.
She is particularly drawn to jewelry that already carries a history. Whether designing something new or reimagining an existing piece, Justine believes a design can evolve without erasing what came before it.
That philosophy ultimately led her back to where her relationship with jewelry began.
Evermore was created in partnership with her mother, bringing together the knowledge of one generation and the perspective of the next. Today, Justine leads the house’s design and creative direction, creating jewelry around the belief she grew up experiencing firsthand:
The pieces we keep longest are often the ones that remember something for us.
